Plat Checking Fees

$290 per plat or RLS plus $29 per lot, outlot, or tract.
A minimum fee of $700
Contiguous plat review fee $400
Re-examination fee of $300 for plats returned more than twice for corrections.
Revisions made after initial fee of $125 plus $29 per affected lot, outlot, or tract.
Substantial changes including but not limited to; revised legal description, revised exterior boundary; revised street and/or Block/Lot layout, etc. made to the plat, CIC, or RLS once the initial review has been substantially completed -- New checking fee.
