Common Interest Community (CIC) Plat Checking Fees

$290 per CIC plus $35 per Unit
A minimum fee of $525 for Supplemental Plats
A minimum fee of $825 for Original Plats
Re-examination fee of $300 for any CIC returned more than twice for corrections.
Revisions made after initial check fee of $125 plus $29 per affected lot, outlot, tract or unit.
Substantial changes including but not limited to revised legal description, revised exterior boundary, revised street and/or Block/Lot layout, etc made to the plat, CIC or RLS once the initial review has been substantially completed - New checking fee
